Connection, subscription, and refund help
Find practical guidance for each step, from creating an account to troubleshooting routes. Answers first cover checks you can perform yourself and identify actions that must be completed in the user panel.
When troubleshooting a connection, change one condition at a time: verify the account and plan first, update the subscription next, try another route, and then check the client mode and system permissions. Changing several settings at once makes it harder to tell whether the issue comes from the local network, client rules, or target service.
Accounts & Subscriptions
Manage account creation, subscription updates, device changes, and client downloads.
What do I need to prepare when creating an account?
QEvpn does not require an email address. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a username that is easy to remember but not reused on other websites, and keep a reliable offline record of your password. After creating your account, open the user panel to choose a plan and get your subscription and client. This helps prevent duplicate accounts across different pages.
How do I update my subscription link?
First, confirm in the user panel that your plan is still active, then open the subscription management section in your client and run an update. You can temporarily disconnect before updating, then select a route and reconnect afterward. If the client still shows old routes, close and reopen it, then update the subscription again. Do not paste subscription contents on public pages.
Do I need to buy again after changing devices?
You do not need to buy again when changing devices. QEvpn supports unlimited devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device to get the appropriate client and subscription. If you no longer use the old device, delete the saved subscription there. Devices sharing one plan consume the same plan traffic, so check other connected devices when investigating unexpected traffic changes.
Where can I get the client for my operating system?
QEvpn supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel and open the client download section to get the client and subscription instructions for your system. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or public subscription addresses. Using the user panel helps you avoid incompatible files or outdated configurations.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Identify issues step by step through subscription status, system permissions, and client rules.
Why can’t I connect after importing the subscription?
First check your plan status and remaining traffic, then update the subscription and try another route. Next, confirm that the client connection is enabled, the system has granted the required network permissions, and your local network can open commonly used websites. If no route connects, restart the client, keep the error message, and submit the troubleshooting details through a user-panel ticket.
Why is only one app not using the proxy?
A common cause is that the client’s split-routing rules are enabled, while the app’s domain or connection method does not match the current rules. Switch temporarily to a more comprehensive connection mode for comparison, then check excluded apps, per-app proxy settings, and direct local-network access. After making changes, fully close and reopen the app so it does not continue using the old connection path.
How can I restore a connection after switching networks?
When switching from Wi-Fi to another network, the existing connection may remain tied to the old network session. Disconnect in the client, wait for the system to finish switching networks, and reconnect. If the status remains stuck on connecting, close and reopen the client, then check whether background restrictions and network permissions still allow it to establish a connection.
What should I do if some websites open after connecting but others do not?
First try another route in the same target region to rule out a temporary compatibility issue between one path and the website. If the issue occurs only in a browser, clear that site’s cache or test another browser. If multiple apps are affected, compare split-routing and global modes, then reconnect to refresh local name resolution and existing network sessions.
Speed & Routes
Choose a path based on your local network, target region, and actual use case.
What should I do first when speeds slow down during peak hours?
Pause bandwidth-heavy syncing, downloads, and system updates first. Then choose a route that is geographically closer and more direct. If the target service is hosted in a specific region, prioritize a route matching that region rather than relying only on the route name. After switching, restart the streaming or download task because an existing task may still use the previous connection.
Should I choose a route based on my location or the website I want to access?
For everyday browsing, start with a route close to your current location to reduce unnecessary detours. For services with region-specific content, prioritize the region where the target service is located. QEvpn covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes. Narrow the options by region, then compare routes in the same region through actual access rather than staying on one path permanently.
How should I troubleshoot unstable access to streaming services or AI tools?
First confirm that the target service itself is accessible, then choose a route matching the target region. After switching routes, close and reopen the existing page or app so new requests use the new connection path. If the issue affects only one service, note its name, selected region, and the client’s error message, then describe the symptoms in a ticket to help distinguish route issues from app settings.
Why does a speed test differ from my actual experience?
Speed-test results are affected by the test server’s location, single- or multi-connection testing, local network congestion, and background tasks on the device. Web loading, code requests, and video playback also use different connection patterns. Choose routes based on sustained use of the target service, and compare routes under the same local network and against the same target.
Billing & Refunds
Review monthly plans, data packages, plan upgrades, payment, and refund procedures.
What monthly plans are available, and when does traffic reset?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the plan activation date. Consider your browsing, developer tools, video viewing, and device-sharing needs when choosing a plan. If traffic changes unexpectedly, first check other connected devices on the same account.
Does a data package reset every month?
No. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They use a different billing model from monthly plans, which reset on each plan’s activation date, and suit users with irregular usage who prefer to allocate traffic based on actual consumption.
How is a mid-cycle monthly-plan upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly-plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before submitting the upgrade, check the current plan, target plan, and displayed result in the user panel, then confirm the operation. After upgrading, refresh the account overview and update the client subscription to keep plan details and available routes in sync.
What payment methods are supported?
QEvpn supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. During checkout, use the payment options shown on the user-panel checkout page, then return to the order page to confirm the status. If the page does not update promptly, do not submit the same order repeatedly. Refresh the order record first, then describe the payment status in a user-panel ticket.
How do I request a refund?
QEvpn offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel and submit the relevant order and refund request through a ticket. Keep the information shown on the order page for verification. Do not create duplicate requests; the full refund rules and eligibility are defined in the Terms of Use.
