Account Preparation
Create an Account and Open the User Panel
Open QEvpn’s free-start page, then choose a memorable username and a password used only for this site. QEvpn does not require an email address for account creation. After entering the username and password, you can create the account. Before submitting, double-check the username: you will need these details to sign in to the user panel, view orders, and get your subscription.
After the account is created, the page opens the user panel. The panel centralizes access to plans, orders, subscriptions, and clients; the marketing site does not provide installation packages or a real subscription URL directly. If the page remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just created. In the panel, check that the top or side navigation includes “Account Overview,” “Download Client,” and “Buy a Plan.” This confirms that account setup is complete and you can continue by choosing a plan.
Store your login details in a trusted password manager. Subscription configurations are tied to your account benefits, so avoid placing your username, password, or subscription content in public documents, screenshots, or group chats. If you are only switching browsers, there is no need to create another account; use the login link at the right side of the navigation to return to your existing account.
Plans and Orders
Choose a Plan and Place an Order Based on Your Usage
Open the Plans section in the user panel and decide whether monthly access or a use-until-depleted data package suits you better. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They never expire after purchase, making them suitable for irregular usage or consumption-based planning.
Do not compare plans by total data alone; consider your usage habits as well. For browsing, documents, and lightweight tools, a lower data tier may be enough. If you regularly stream, sync large files, or use several devices continuously, leave more capacity available. QEvpn has no device limit: the same account can be used across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux devices, but all traffic counts toward the current plan.
Open the plan you want to choose, verify its name, data allowance, and billing method, then select Alipay, WeChat, or USDT as prompted in the panel to complete the order. After payment, return to the account overview to check the plan status and available data. When the order status is updated, you can continue to get your subscription. If the payment page is complete but the panel has not changed, refresh the account overview once. If it still has not updated, keep the order details and contact support through a user-panel ticket instead of submitting the same order repeatedly.
Get Your Configuration
Copy the Subscription Link from Account Overview
After your plan becomes active, open the Account Overview in the user panel. The subscription section shows your current plan status, data information, and subscription controls. Click the copy-subscription button to place the link for your account on the clipboard. The next step uses this content, so do not add spaces, line breaks, or Chinese punctuation after copying it.
The subscription link lets a client retrieve route configurations. It is not a regular web address and does not need to be opened in a browser. If the guide needs to show its structure, use an obviously fake value, such as:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The address above is for format illustration only and cannot connect to QEvpn. Get the real subscription from the user panel after signing in. This page does not display a real subscription or provide a static configuration file. After copying the actual link, switch directly to the client for your platform and import it. If another action overwrites the clipboard, return to Account Overview and copy it again.
Protect subscription content like a password. Sharing it publicly may consume additional data and make it harder to identify devices and usage. To configure another device you own, sign in to the user panel on that device and copy the link again instead of forwarding it through a public channel. If you suspect the subscription has been exposed, visit the Help Center for reset and ticket-handling options.
Platform Import
Import the Subscription into the Right Client
The client reads the subscription, displays routes, and establishes the connection. Open the Download Client section in the user panel instead of looking for an identically named installer on an unknown site. After installation, open Subscription Management or Configuration Management and paste the link copied in the previous step. Once imported, the client usually displays a list of regions and routes. If the list is still empty, update the subscription once before reinstalling the client.
Windows
After installing the desktop client provided in the user panel on Windows, open its main screen and look for “Subscription Management,” “Configuration,” or “Import from Link.” Create a subscription entry, paste the complete link into the address field, give it a recognizable name, save it, and click Update. Once the route list appears, avoid changing the system proxy, routing rules, and other advanced options at the same time. Keep the defaults for the first connection so any issue is easier to trace.
If no routes appear after saving, check the subscription list for spaces at the beginning or end of the address, and confirm that the client can access the network normally. Correct the link and update the subscription again. After a successful import, the main screen should let you choose a route and connection mode. Continue to “Connect and Verify.”
macOS
After installing the macOS client, you may need to approve a network extension the first time you open it. Follow the system prompts, then open the client’s Configuration or Subscription page. Choose Add via Link, paste the subscription copied from Account Overview, and save it. Return to the main screen and update the subscription; once the route list loads, select a route and connect. Complete system authorization through the prompts shown on the current screen; no additional profile needs to be downloaded manually.
If the system asks for confirmation again after you click Connect, first verify that the dialog names the client you just installed, then allow it to create the network configuration. After connecting, the menu bar or client window will usually show a connected status. Do not quit the client immediately; keep it running while you check web access and the exit region.
Android
On an Android device, open the client download area from the user panel and install the client for the platform. Open it, go to Configuration, Subscription, or Remote Configuration, and choose Add from Clipboard or Link. Paste the subscription and confirm the update, then return to the route page and select the target region. The first connection prompts Android to allow the client to create a network connection. Confirm it so the client can handle network requests on the device.
Some devices pause clients after the screen locks because of background-management policies. During initial setup, keep the client in the foreground. After verifying the connection, adjust background-running permissions in the device’s app settings if needed. Menus vary significantly between system versions; if the connection drops frequently after locking the screen, check the Help Center for troubleshooting guidance. This page does not cover vendor-specific settings.
iOS
On iOS, first use the user panel to check which client is supported and how to get it. Open the client, go to Subscription, Configuration, or Server Management, choose Import via Link, and paste the subscription copied from Account Overview. Save it and update the subscription. Once the route list loads, select a region. The first time you enable the connection, iOS displays a confirmation dialog for adding a network configuration. Confirm it, then return to the client to check the connection status.
If the link cannot be pasted directly, confirm that the copied content is still on the clipboard, then use the client’s manual-add option. Do not paste the subscription into a browser address bar or save it in a public note. After importing it, keep the client open and continue to the verification stage.
Connection Checks
Choose a Route and Confirm the Configuration Works
After the subscription update completes, choose a target region based on the service you plan to access. In general, prioritize a route in or near the service’s region. For everyday browsing, start with a geographically nearby route. See the Servers page for route types and use cases; there is no need to compare every advanced parameter during the first connection.
Click the connection switch or start button in the client and wait for the status to change to Connected. Open a regular web page you have not visited before and confirm that it loads, then visit QEvpn’s My IP page to check the current exit region. When the client shows Connected, the page loads normally, and the exit region matches the selected route, the basic configuration can be considered active.
If the client shows Connected but pages will not open, disconnect, switch to another route in the same region, and reconnect. If no routes appear in the list, the issue is usually with importing or updating the subscription; return to Subscription Management, check the link, and refresh it. If routes are present but only one site has problems, try another target region instead of deleting the client configuration. This preserves completed steps and makes it easier to determine whether the difference comes from route selection, the service region, or the local network.
After connection verification, you can try rule mode or other client options as needed. During initial use, change one setting at a time and recheck web access and the exit region after each change. Adjusting several options at once may seem faster, but it makes the cause difficult to identify. For systematic help with connection, speed, or subscription updates, open the relevant category in the Help Center.
- Client status: The connection switch remains on, and the current route name is clearly visible.
- Web access: Regular pages load, with no persistent waiting when switching between pages.
- Exit region: The lookup result matches the selected route region, confirming that requests are using the current connection.
Routine Maintenance
Keep a Working Configuration and Update the Subscription Regularly
After the first successful connection, you do not need to import the subscription every day. Normally, open the client, update the existing subscription, and choose a route. When the route list changes, use the client’s Update button to get the latest configuration. Only re-copy the link from Account Overview if the subscription has been reset or the client configuration was deleted.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and the current status is available in Account Overview. Data packages remain available until depleted and never expire. When several devices share one account, give each device’s subscription configuration a recognizable name and check the remaining data regularly. There is no device limit, but all devices still use data from the same plan; sustained downloads or high-quality streaming consume the available allowance faster.
When something goes wrong, work through “account status → subscription update → route switch → exit check.” This is usually more efficient than repeatedly uninstalling the client. Find account and order issues, client update failures, post-connection access problems, and speed or route-selection guidance by category in the Help Center. For IEPL dedicated lines, transit routes, direct connections, billing methods, and household-sharing trade-offs, read the selection handbook when needed rather than learning every concept during initial setup.
Next time, just update the subscription and choose a route
Your account, plan, and subscription are all managed in the user panel. Keep your login details and existing client configuration so switching routes or adding another device you own is easier later.
